Overview

Keith Hudson is an entrepreneurship educator, innovation program developer, facilitator, and mentor whose career has included leadership roles in manufacturing, technology commercialization, entrepreneurship development, and community engagement in both regional and international environments.

Through Insight to Impact and his work with East Carolina University and regional innovation initiatives, Keith develops and facilitates programs focused on entrepreneurial mindset development, innovation, commercialization, student engagement, and practical problem-solving.

His experience combines corporate leadership, entrepreneurial development, manufacturing systems expertise, mentoring, and community-based innovation initiatives with a practical, action-oriented approach to entrepreneurship and leadership.

Current Roles

Founder & Principal – Insight to Impact NC
Eastern North Carolina

Develop and facilitate entrepreneurship education, innovation, and engagement programs for students, educators, entrepreneurs, organizations, and community partners.

Lead initiatives focused on entrepreneurial mindset development, innovation programming, commercialization awareness, workshops, mentoring, and ecosystem collaboration.

Collaborate with universities, entrepreneurship organizations, innovation initiatives, and regional partners including East Carolina University, NC IDEA, and NC Innovation.

Supported product development, commercialization, manufacturing planning, and operational design initiatives for entrepreneurs and growing companies.

Designed and developed custom manufacturing facilities and production systems supporting market-ready product development.

Co-Owner – Hyde Park Home Custom Furniture

Managed product design, operations, client relations, and business development for a custom furniture company serving high-end residential clients and interior designers.
